Meet Nubs!

Everyone, meet Nubs! -

Nubs was found in Evansville, Wisconsin today; based on his size and his umbilical cord still being attached, we’re guessing that he was probably born within the last 24 hours.

After coming into our care, we gave Nubs a dose of saline water to hydrate him, and now we’re working on getting his body temperature up so we can attempt to get some food in his belly!

If you look really closely at the second picture, you’ll see that Nubs has one foot missing, and the other is turned backward. I’m positive, though, that nothings are going to stop this wiggly little fella from exploring once his eyes open!
